This 3 day wildlife safari is one of the most scenic tour with in the spectacular national .park with lots of the many wildlife. This national park is divided by the Victoria Nile, which falls 45m over the remnant rift valley wall, which creates the affected Murchison falls, the centre-piece of the national park and the final event in an an 80km bounce of rapids. This river also provides one of Uganda’s most memorable wildlife sceneries.

Itinerary

Day1:  Transfer to Murchison falls National Park .(4-6 hours drive )

After an early breakfast, you will start your journey to Murchison Falls National Park (this is quite a long distance). This park is famously known for having the most powerful waterfall in the world. This is where the longest river in the world squeezes through a 7-meter gap and then drops down 45 meters. The park is home to a lot of wildlife like giraffes, hippos, elephants, and many others. On this day, there won’t be any activities since it’s a long drive.

Day 2 : Morning Game drive and Boat Cruise

Have breakfast and after head to delta in search for the bird life and also enjoy the game drive to look for the giraffes, lions, elephants, buffalos, and many more. We drive back to the lodge for the lunch before engaging into the afternoon boat cruise to the foot of Murchison falls. This trip along the Nile is also known to be the main highlight of the trip to Murchison since it gives you to get so close and personal with the animals. Just along this stretch of the river, there are reported to be 4000 hippos and the crocodiles.
There is also a birdlife that stuns with very brightly colored kingfishers and the bee eaters that darts along the riverbanks. You might also see the rare and prehistoric looking shoebill that is crossways between the dodo and the dinosaur. This boat also takes you to the base of the falls which only gives to their impressiveness.

Day 3: Reture back to Kampala (4-6 hours drive )
