Detailed Itinerary
Day 1:Transfer from Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
You will be picked at agreed location or place and depart to Kenya’s famous game reserve. You start the day venturing through the Great Rift Valley travelling to the northern most extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife Game Reserves, the Maasai Mara. The Maasai Mara is known for the awesome black-manned lion, stately giraffes, vast herds of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game. It is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. You arrive at the lodge, enjoy a game drive enroutes, check in and freshen up before lunch. Thereafter, explore the reserve on a late afternoon game drive. In the evening, you relax before an excellent dinner.

Day 2:Discover Maasai Mara National Reserve
A full day in most famous reserve, offering an abundance of herbivores, the Mara makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya’s famous ‘big cats’ and hosts her largest population of lions. Rise early for a morning game drive in this globally famous reserve known for the annual migration of zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration. You will also make a visit to a Maasai village which is an interesting experience. As you arrive at the village, excited children and adults welcome you with song and dances. You will then be welcomed into one of the homesteads in the village, the village huts (called Manyatta) are made of cow dung and clay plastered over stick frames. This is quite practical, the Maasai maintain cattle herds, and the dung is always in generous supply. You will have an insight into Maasai life. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the history and lifestyle of the Maasai.

Day 3:Return Back to Nairobi
After breakfast, bid farewell to the Maasai Mara as you set on your journey back to Nairobi. Drive back down the Great Rift Valley to Nairobi, passing the dormant volcano, Mount Longonot on the way. Keep an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle and head up the escarpment. Upon arrival you will be dropped at agreed place or location..
